VoteVets Calls On Trump To Reject Veterans Adviser Who Called For Clinton Murder

Washington, DC – VoteVets.org, representing 400,000 progressive veterans, military families and supporters, responded to calls from Donald Trump’s top veterans adviser, Al Baldasaro, for Hillary Clinton’s murder.

Jon Soltz, Iraq War Veteran and Chairman of VoteVets.org said:

“Donald Trump needs to either repudiate and cut ties with Al Baldasaro, or get out of the race.  There is no room in this debate for those calling for the murder of Hillary Clinton.  If Trump cannot get a hold of his out-of-control mob that is growingly increasingly unhinged, he should drop out.”

Founded in 2006, and backed by over 400,000 supporters, the mission of VoteVets.org Action Fund is to use public issue campaigns and direct outreach to lawmakers to ensure that troops abroad have what they need to complete their missions, and receive the care they deserve when they get home.  VoteVets.org also recognizes veterans as a vital part of the fabric of our country and will work to protect veterans' interests in their day-to-day lives.   VoteVets.org is committed to the destruction of terror networks around the world - with force when necessary - to protect America. While non-partisan, the group is the largest progressive organization of veterans in America.
